Interac Debit
Pay for business purchases automatically, at retailers or suppliers that offer payment by debit. Simply swipe your card and enter your PIN (personal identification number) when prompted. At retailers that offer Interac Flash® (typically for purchases below $100), you can tap your Member Card on the card reader to pay for your purchase.
Feel free also to use your Member Card for debit payment in the United States, with no need to carry American cash or traveller’s cheques, or depend on just your credit card. Your US transactions will appear on your monthly statement as the Canadian equivalent, converted at the time of processing.
ATM Surcharge-Free
Your Member Card also gives you access to over 1,800 surcharge-free ABMs across Canada. This national network of ding free® ATMs allows you to do your banking without surcharges anywhere you see the ding free® logo. Get the ding free locator app today by visiting ding-free.ca.
Interac Zero Liability Policy
The Interac Zero Liability Policy ensures you’re not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized transactions using Interac debit services*. Protection applies to losses resulting from circumstances beyond the cardholder’s control.

Change your PIN anytime
If you know your existing PIN, you may change it anytime you like at any SCU branch or credit union ATM that displays the Acculink** symbol.
