Recruitment process

Our recruitment process

Applying for a new job can be filled with unknowns. We are committed to offering a transparent recruitment process that includes three distinct stages: application, interview, employment offer.  Here’s an overview so you’ll know exactly what to expect at each stage of the employment process.

Application Stage

All applications are accepted through our online application system. First-time applicants will be asked to create a profile with login and password before submitting your application.

You’ll be asked to provide:

  1. Contact details. This includes personal information such as your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Work Experience. This includes information about previous work experience, such as the name of your employers, job titles, dates of employment, and a job description. While this section is optional, we recommend you complete these fields as it allows us to see your experience at a glance.
  3. Education. This includes the name of any educational institution you attended, and the level of education completed.
  4. Licenses and certifications. Here you’ll include the names of any relevant and current certifications you’ve achieved.
  5. Documents. You’ll be given an opportunity to upload your resume, cover letter, and copies of certifications.
  6. Job application questions. All applicants are asked a series of questions, and responses are required to finalize your application.

Interview Stage

Pre-screening Interview: Most pre-screening interviews will be conducted online through our interview portal. It generally takes 10 to 20 minutes to complete.

  • Online interview portal pre-screening: Selected applicants will receive an email invitation with a link to record a self-directed digital interview. Typically, you’ll be given three days to complete the recordings.
  • Phone pre-screening interviews : Occasionally, selected applicants will receive an email with a request to schedule a call at a convenient time for you. A Talent Acquisition Specialist will call you at the agreed upon time to conduct the pre-screening interview.

Interview: Candidates short-listed from the pre-screening interview stage will be invited to an interview with the hiring manager and a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Interviews may last from 45 minutes to an hour and are mostly conducted through MS Teams or, at times, in-person in one of our branches. The interviewers will ask a series of general and behavioural questions. You can review this website for more information and sample questions to help you prepare for your interview.

We recommend you use the STAR method to answer our questions:
