We believe in supporting the communities where we live and work. Help us accomplish this by nominating your favourite local charity.Every year at this time, we ask you to help us recognize the local charities who work tirelessly to make our communities a better, more inclusive place for all. And for whom, without their constant efforts and dedication, many people would be unable to meet basic daily needs, such as clothing, shelter, or food.
Help us show support for these hard-working organizations!
Fill out the form to nominate a local charity and they could win one of two $3,500 donations. And, if the charity you nominated is chosen, your name will be entered to win an SCU prize pack valued at $250!
How to nominate a charity
In your nomination, please tell us about the charity — who they serve, the focus of their work, and your reason why they should be chosen.
IMPORTANT: Charities nominated must be a registered charitable organization based in Winnipeg or Southeastern Manitoba and can’t have been a recipient of the Share the Light initiative for the past two years.
