Not ready to go digital? Consider combining your statements
Beginning in spring 2024, there will be a monthly fee per paper statement printed ($2 for consumer accounts and $3 for business accounts). If you hold both single and joint accounts, you may be receiving multiple account statements each month. To combine them, fill out our SCU Statement Combining Form and send it to us one of four ways:
- Drop it off at your nearest SCU branch
- Fax it to 204.326.3102
- Scan and email it to statement@scu.mb.ca
- Mail it to:
Steinbach Credit Union
Attn: Finance Department
333 Main Street, Steinbach, MB R5G 1B1
We’ll start making the changes as soon as we receive your request. It may take more than one statement cycle for changes to take effect.
FAQs
The decision was made to switch to eStatements after a recent process review.
Besides the positive impact this change has on our environment, choosing eStatements brings many benefits, including:
• Less paper waste, less clutter, and less paperwork to file
• Saves time, since statements can be viewed any time in digital banking
• Members have access to up to seven years’ worth of statements
Should you choose to receive paper statements, beginning in the spring of 2024, there will be a monthly fee for each paper statements you receive, charged to your account on your statement cycle date. If you do choose to continue receiving paper statements, we encourage you to consider combining statements, where possible.
