Canada Post service disruption
We're here to help
Mail Disruption
Canada Post workers have announced a nation-wide strike, effective immediately.
This strike could result in prolonged delays in receiving postal mail, including paper statements and other communication from us.
We want to ensure that you are well-informed on your options for:
- Viewing SCU and credit card statements
- Receiving new or renewed debit and Collabria credit cards
During a postal disruption, you are responsible for making your minimum monthly payment by the payment due date to ensure your account remains in good standing.
We encourage you to use our online solutions for your banking needs. Below we’ve provided instructions and links to information to help you take your next steps.
SCU Statements
You can view e-statements any time through digital banking.
- If you already have digital banking and need help getting started, please see our tutorials on how to set your statement preferences and view statements in digital banking.
- If you do not have access to digital banking, please contact us and we can help you get set up.
SCU debit card
If you need a new or replacement debit card, please visit any branch and a Member Services Representative can assist you.
SCU Collabria® Credit Cards
- We recommend that personal members use CardWise (online or mobile app) and that business members use MyCardInfo to view your account and payment details, and to sign up for e-statements. If you do not have access to CardWise or MyCardInfo:
