How is interest calculated in a promotional Daily Growth Savings Account?

Interest is calculated daily and paid on the last day of the month. Only the first $250,000 in the promotional account will earn the 4.60% rate. Any balance greater than $250,000 will earn the standard Daily Growth Savings Account posted base rate.
