How to add an Interac e-Transfer® contact in online banking

  1. Log in to online banking.
  2. On the home page, select Transfers & Payments
  3. Under Interac e-Transfer, press Manage contacts.
  4. Press Add contact.
  5. On the Add Contact page, enter the contact details, preferred language, notification method, and security question. Or, in the top left corner, press the teal person icon to add a contact from your phone contacts.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. As an extra layer of security, we’ll send an authentication code through email or text to confirm your request. Select either the Text message or Email field and enter the code you receive.
  8. Select Continue again.
