How to add an Interac e-Transfer® contact in the mobile app

  1. Log in to the SCU mobile app.
  2. Select Move money on the main menu bar, then choose the Interac e-Transfer tab.
  3. Press Manage contacts.
  4. Press the (+) icon to add a contact.
  5. Enter the contact details, preferred language, notification method, and security question. Or, in the top left corner, press the teal person icon to add a contact from your phone contacts.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. As an extra layer of security, we’ll send an authentication code through email or text to confirm your request. Select either the Text message or Email field and enter the code you receive.
  8. Select Continue again, then press Done.
