How to edit a delegate's details in online banking
Please note, this feature is not available through our mobile app.
- Sign in to your business online banking account.
- Under Business Services, press Delegate management.
- Select Edit details.
- If you wish to change your delegate’s access level, this can be changed by selecting either Read-only or Initiator.
- In this same screen, you can update the delegate’s name, phone number, and email address.
○ We recommend you use the delegate’s mobile number so they can receive authentication codes if they need to reset their password. This can be any mobile phone number, provided the authentication code can be communicated to the delegate. - Press Continue.
- For security purposes, you will receive a seven-digit authentication code.
- Enter this code and press Continue.
