How to initiate a delegate password reset in online banking

Please note, this feature is not available through our mobile app.

  1. Sign in to your business online banking account.
  2. Under Business Services, select Delegate management.
  3. Press the Reset password button for the correct delegate.
  4. The next time the delegate uses their existing password to sign in to online banking or the mobile app, they will receive a prompt telling them to create a new password in order to proceed.
