How to switch between consolidated profiles in online banking

  1. Sign in to your business online banking account.
  2. Choose the profile you'd like to view and press Select.
  3. Once signed in, you can confirm the profile you are viewing by looking at the name in the top right-hand corner of your screen next to the Sign out prompt.
  4. If you would like to switch between profiles, click the drop-down arrow, choose a profile, and press Select. You will be asked if you are sure you want to switch profiles. Keep in mind that any unsaved information will be lost.
  5. If you would like to continue, select Switch profile.
