How to use Interac e-Transfer® Request Money in online banking

Request Money allows you to send a notification to someone to ask for payment.
- Log in to online banking.
- On the home page, select Transfers & Payments.
- Under Interac e-Transfer, press Request money.
- Select a Contact to request money from. Their contact information will automatically be entered based on the contact you select.
- Enter the Amount you wish to request.
- If you’d like, you can enter an Invoice number, Payment due date, and Message to your request.
- Enter the account you wish to Deposit to.
- Check the box to confirm you have obtained consent from this contact to request money.
- Press Continue.
- Confirm your details and press Continue again. Your contact will have 30 days to accept your request.
