How to view pending transactions as a delegate in the mobile app

This feature is also available in online banking. See our online banking instructions for more details.​

  1. Sign in to the SCU mobile app.
  2. From the main menu, select Activity.
  3. Select Business Services.
  4. Select My pending transactions.
  5. You will be able to see current pending transactions under the My pending tab, as well as previously cancelled or expired pending transactions under the Cancelled/Expired tab.
  6. To see more details about a transaction, click one of the transactions from the pending list.
  7. If you wish to cancel a current pending transaction, you can click the red (X), then press Cancel. 
         ○ Alternatively, you can select a pending transaction and press the Cancel button, then press Cancel again.
