How to view pending transactions as a delegate in the mobile app
This feature is also available in online banking. See our online banking instructions for more details.
- Sign in to the SCU mobile app.
- From the main menu, select Activity.
- Select Business Services.
- Select My pending transactions.
- You will be able to see current pending transactions under the My pending tab, as well as previously cancelled or expired pending transactions under the Cancelled/Expired tab.
- To see more details about a transaction, click one of the transactions from the pending list.
- If you wish to cancel a current pending transaction, you can click the red (X), then press Cancel.
○ Alternatively, you can select a pending transaction and press the Cancel button, then press Cancel again.
