How to view your Interac e-Transfer® pending transactions and history in online banking

This feature is also available in our mobile app. See our mobile device instructions for more details.

  1. Sign in to online banking.
  2. Select Transfers & Payments
  3. Under Interac e-Transfer, select History.
  4. Press the History icon to view the recent history of your sent, accepted, and cancelled Interac e-Transfers. To review more details about the transaction, press the arrow icon.
  5. Selecting Pending Transactions will allow you to view any outstanding Interac e-Transfer and Interac e-Transfer Requests. From this screen, you may edit or cancel the Interac e-Transfer, or re-notify the contact by selecting the icons on the right hand side.
