- Sign in to the SCU mobile app.
- On the main menu, select More.
- Press Interac e-Transfer settings.
○ Alternatively, you can go to the same menu by selecting Move money, then Interac e-Transfer.
- Select History.
- Press the History tab to view the recent history of your sent, accepted, and cancelled Interac e-Transfer.
- Select the Pending Transactions tab to view any outstanding Interac e-Transfers, or requests for Interac e-Transfers.
- Select an Interac e-Transfer in the list to view more details (if you’re using an Android device, press the three dots in the bottom right corner).
- From this screen, you can either Cancel the Interac e-Transfer, or Re-notify the contact.
