How to view your Interac e-Transfer® pending transactions and history on the mobile app

This feature is also available in online banking. See our online banking instructions for more details.​

  1. Sign in to the SCU mobile app.
  2. On the main menu, select More.
  3. Press Interac e-Transfer settings.
         ○ Alternatively, you can go to the same menu by selecting Move money, then Interac e-Transfer.
  4. Select History.
  5. Press the History tab to view the recent history of your sent, accepted, and cancelled Interac e-Transfer.
  6. Select the Pending Transactions tab to view any outstanding Interac e-Transfers, or requests for Interac e-Transfers.
  7. Select an Interac e-Transfer in the list to view more details (if you’re using an Android device, press the three dots in the bottom right corner).
  8. From this screen, you can either Cancel the Interac e-Transfer, or Re-notify the contact.
