We take matters of privacy very seriously. Our first step is to review any flagged accounts to ensure they meet the requirements for FATCA and CRS reporting. Any information we report is shared directly and only with the CRA. The CRA is committed to sharing CRS information only with jurisdictions that have appropriate safeguards and privacy protection in place.
