Renaming Personal Plan 24® Savings Account

On November 17, 2025, our Personal Plan24 Savings Account is being renamed to Personal Daily Growth Savings Account. If you currently have a Plan 24 Savings Account, this change will automatically be reflected in your statements and online banking. In addition, when the name changes, you’ll also earn a higher base interest rate to help you save more every day!

I customized my Plan 24 account name in digital banking. Will it change? 
If you have customized your account name, this will not change on your statements and digital banking—no action is required.

Is there anything I need to do to get the higher base rate? 
No! The higher base rate will automatically be applied to all current Personal Daily Growth Savings Accounts on November 17th.

What will I see on my next statement? 
If you have not customized your account, you will notice the new name reflected in your statements and online banking on November 17th. 

Does this apply to my Business/Charity/Community Plan 24 Account?
No. We are only changing the name and interest rate on the Personal account.
