Digital banking updates
We’re continually looking for ways to improve our digital banking experience for our members. This includes periodic updates to our online banking and mobile app. Here is an overview of recent and upcoming changes.
November 26, 2025 update
We launched a new version of our digital banking app. Please go to your App Store and update to the latest version to ensure your device remains compatible so you may continue using the app.
Apple devices: When you open the app for the first time, you may see a mandatory update screen with an Update Now button on the bottom of the screen. If this button does not automatically redirect you, please visit your App Store, search for SCU Mobile App, look for version 19.3.0 under the What's New heading, and click update from there.
Android devices: When accessing the app for the first time after the update, you may be prompted to re-enter your password. Once you've done that, you should be able to access the app without issue.

April 3, 2025 update
To improve your digital banking experience, we launched a new version of our digital banking app. Please update to the latest version to ensure your device remains compatible and you can continue using our app.
In addition to security enhancements and bug fixes, this latest update includes the following:
Updates for small business members
- Approve / decline multiple transactions simultaneously
- Ability to filter pending transactions using the following categories:
- Pending your approval
- Pending third-party approval
- Cancelled/Expired
Updates to transactions page
- New! Filter icon
- Filtering now provides additional sorting options to allow you to sort transactions by date in either ascending or descending order
