We’re continually looking for ways to improve our digital banking experience for our members. This includes periodic updates to our online banking and mobile app. Here is an overview of recent and upcoming changes.

To improve your digital banking experience, we conducted routine, behind-the-scenes enhancements. Please update to the latest version to ensure your device remains compatible and you can continue using our app.

To improve your digital banking experience, we launched a new version of our digital banking app. Please update to the latest version to ensure your device remains compatible and you can continue using our app.

November 26, 2025 update
We launched a new version of our digital banking app. Please go to your App Store and update to the latest version to ensure your device remains compatible so you may continue using the app.
Apple devices: When you open the app for the first time, you may see a mandatory update screen with an Update Now button on the bottom of the screen. If this button does not automatically redirect you, please visit your App Store, search for SCU Mobile App, look for version 19.3.0 under the What's New heading, and click update from there.
Android devices: When accessing the app for the first time after the update, you may be prompted to re-enter your password. Once you've done that, you should be able to access the app without issue.
