How to accept an Interac e-Transfer® in the mobile app

When someone sends you an Interac e-Transfer, you'll receive a notification via email or text message. To accept, follow these steps:

1. You can receive an Interac e-Transfer notification through text message, email, or both. When you receive a notification, you can either select the SCU logo or choose Select a different financial institution.
2. Select your Province or Territory.
3. Select your Credit Union. Please choose Steinbach Credit Union from the dropdown menu.
4. Press Deposit.
5. Select either Open in app, or Open in mobile website. If you select Open in app, confirm by pressing Open.
6. Enter your login information.
7. Enter the security question and either press Accept or Decline.
8. If you Accept the transfer, select an account to receive the funds. You also have the option to send a message to the sender.
9. Review the transfer details and press Continue.
