How to cancel an Interac e-Transfer® in online banking

  1. Sign into SCU online banking.
  2. Under Transfers & Payments, select History under Interac e-Transfer
  3. Select Pending transactions to find the Interac e-Transfer you wish to cancel.
  4. Select Cancel.
  5. Review your transaction details. You have the option to send the recipient a message if you wish.
  6. Press Continue. Your transfer recipient will receive a notice of the cancellation.
