How to cancel an Interac e-Transfer® in the mobile app

  1. Sign in to the SCU mobile app.
  2. On the main menu, select More.
  3. Press Interac e-Transfer settings.
         ○ Alternatively, you can go to the same menu by selecting Move money, then Interac e-Transfer.
  4. Select History.
  5. Press the Pending Transactions tab to view the Interac e-Transfer that is available to be canceled.
  6. Select the Interac e-Transfer you wish to cancel (if you’re using an Android device, press the three dots in the bottom right corner).
  7. Select Cancel.
  8. Review the Interac e-Transfer details and press Continue.
  9. Select Continue again. Once your Interac e-Transfer is cancelled, the funds will be deposited back into your account.
  10.  You can also share this transaction by pressing Share (or press the three dots if you’re using an Android device).
