How to change your password in the mobile app

This feature is also available in online banking. See our online banking instructions for more details.​

  1.   Sign into the SCU mobile app.
         ○ Forgot your password? See our password recovery tutorial.
  2. On the main menu, select More, then select Security settings.
  3. Select Password.
  4. Enter your current password, then choose a new password.
  5. Re-enter your password to confirm, then select Continue.
  6. Select Continue again.
  7. As an extra layer of security, we’ll send an authentication code through text message to confirm your request.
  8. Enter the code and press Continue. Your password has been changed.
