How to create and edit an Interac e-Transfer® profile in the mobile app
This feature is also available in online banking. See our online banking instructions for more details.
- Sign in to the SCU mobile app.
- On the main menu, select More.
- Press Interac e-Transfer settings.
○ Alternatively, you can go to the same menu by selecting Move money, then Interac e-Transfer.
- Select Profile settings.
- From this screen, you can create an Interac profile by entering your contact information and selecting your preferred notification method.
○ If you already have an Interac profile, you can update your information and preferred contact method in this screen.
- Once your changes are complete, select Continue.
- Review your profile details and select Continue.
- As an extra layer of security, we’ll send an authentication code through email or text to confirm your request. Select either the Text message or Email field and enter the code you receive.
- Press Continue again.
