How to delete a scheduled transfer or principal-only payment in online banking

This feature is also available in our mobile app. See our mobile device instructions for more details.

  1. Sign in to online banking.
  2. Select Transfers & Payments.
  3. Under Transfers, select View scheduled transfers.
  4. Choose an account, and select the transfer you wish to remove.
  5. Press the trash can icon to delete.

Note: You can only delete a scheduled transfer or principal-only payment that you have set up. You aren’t able to cancel a preauthorized transfer that was set up by an SCU employee (ex. a loan or mortgage payment).
