How to filter and export transactions in online banking

  1. Sign in to online banking.
  2. Under Accounts, select View transactions.
  3. Choose an account to view its transaction details.
  4. Select Filter.
  5. Choose additional filter options by selecting the drop-down menu.
    ○ Options include All statement items, Amount, Bill payments only, Cheque number, Cheques only, Confirmation number, Deposits only, Description, and Withdrawals only.
  6. Press the calendar icons to select a new date range.
  7. Press Filter to view filtered transactions.
  8. To export the transactions, scroll to the bottom of the page and press Print or Export.
  9. Beside Export To, choose an export format. You can also export to accounting software, including CSV, Microsoft money, PDF, QuickBooks, Quicken, Sage 50, and Xero.
