How to filter and export transactions in online banking

- Sign in to online banking.
- Under Accounts, select View transactions.
- Choose an account to view its transaction details.
- Select Filter.
- Choose additional filter options by selecting the drop-down menu.
○ Options include All statement items, Amount, Bill payments only, Cheque number, Cheques only, Confirmation number, Deposits only, Description, and Withdrawals only. - Press the calendar icons to select a new date range.
- Press Filter to view filtered transactions.
- To export the transactions, scroll to the bottom of the page and press Print or Export.
- Beside Export To, choose an export format. You can also export to accounting software, including CSV, Microsoft money, PDF, QuickBooks, Quicken, Sage 50, and Xero.
