How to send an Interac e-Transfer® in online banking

- Log in to online banking.
- Select Transfers & Payments, then Interac e-Transfer.
- Press Send money.
- Select the account from which you’d like to make the transfer. If you don’t choose an account, your default account will be selected.
- Choose a contact to receive the funds.
- Enter the transfer amount. You may also add a message for the recipient, but make sure the answer to the security question isn’t written within the message.
- Press Continue. Review the transfer details before selecting Continue.
- From this page, you can select the bottom icons to print, export, or favourite this transaction.
- If you change your mind about sending the Interac e-Transfer at any time, simple select Cancel at the bottom of the page.
