How to use Interac e-Transfer® Request Money in the mobile app

Request Money allows you to send a notification to someone to ask for payment.
- Sign in to the SCU mobile app.
- On the main menu, select Move Money.
- Select Interac e-Transfer.
- Press Request Money.
- Select a contact to request money from. Their contact information will automatically be entered based on the contact you select.
- Enter the amount you wish to request.
- If you’d like, you can enter an Invoice number, Payment due date, and Message to your request.
- Enter the account you wish to Deposit to.
- Check the box to confirm you have obtained consent from this contact to request money.
- Press Continue.
- Confirm your details and press Continue again.
- You can also share this transaction by pressing Share (or press the three dots if you’re using an Android device).
