How to use Interac e-Transfer® Request Money in the mobile app

Request Money allows you to send a notification to someone to ask for payment.

  1. Sign in to the SCU mobile app.
  2. On the main menu, select Move Money.
  3. Select Interac e-Transfer.
  4. Press Request Money.
  5. Select a contact to request money from. Their contact information will automatically be entered based on the contact you select.
  6. Enter the amount you wish to request.
  7. If you’d like, you can enter an Invoice number, Payment due date, and Message to your request.
  8. Enter the account you wish to Deposit to.
  9. Check the box to confirm you have obtained consent from this contact to request money.
  10.  Press Continue.
  11. Confirm your details and press Continue again.
  12.  You can also share this transaction by pressing Share (or press the three dots if you’re using an Android device).
