Voting information for the election of SCU’s Board of Directors

in accordance with the voting package dated January 13, 2023

Each year, members are entrusted with the responsibility to use their voice and cast a vote for who will represent them and serve on the Board of Directors of SCU. The Board is tasked with the role of governance and management of SCU, but also to represent the will of the members and promote their interests. Don’t miss the opportunity to voice your opinion and vote because every vote counts in determining the future path of SCU.

Before you vote, take a moment to familiarize yourself with the candidates. You can read their bios on the reverse of your AGM invitation letter or on the Nominee Biography Page.

Voting as an individual

Members with personal accounts can choose from three options to cast your vote

1. Online at scuvote.com  before March 3 at 11:59 p.m.

2. By mail before February 27

3. In-person, at any branch by end of business day, February 27

Voting as a Business

Please note, all corporate ballots must be cast online only by 11:59 p.m. on March 3rd.

All business members should have received their Official Voting Package, which includes two unique identifiers (Ballot Number and Password). These identifiers are required to vote online and can be found at the bottom of the AGM invitation letter in the voting package. You will also need your organization’s representative’s personal ballot number located on their individual voting ballot.

When you're ready to vote, make sure you have the necessary ballot numbers and password, then simply select the Vote button below, and follow the instructions on the voting site to cast your vote
