How to send an Interac e-Transfer® in the mobile app

  1. Log in to the SCU mobile app.
  2. On the Dashboard, select Send e-Transfer. Alternatively, there are two other ways you can go to this menu:
         ○ Select Move money on the main menu bar, then choose the Interac e-Transfer tab and press Send.
         ○ Select Accounts on the main menu bar, then pressing the three dots on the account you wish to send an Interac e-Transfer from.
  3. Select the account you wish to send an Interac e-Transfer from. If you don’t choose an account, your favourite account will automatically be selected.
  4. Choose a Contact to receive the funds. For more information, see our adding an Interac e-Transfer contact tutorial.
  5. Enter the amount you would like to transfer. You may also add a message for the recipient, but make sure the answer to the security question is not written within the message.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Review your transaction details, then press Continue.
  8. You can also share this transaction by pressing Share (or press the three dots if you’re using an Android device).
