How to send an Interac e-Transfer® in the mobile app
This feature is also available in online banking. See our online banking instructions for more details.
- Log in to the SCU mobile app.
- On the Dashboard, select Send e-Transfer. Alternatively, there are two other ways you can go to this menu:
○ Select Move money on the main menu bar, then choose the Interac e-Transfer tab and press Send.
○ Select Accounts on the main menu bar, then pressing the three dots on the account you wish to send an Interac e-Transfer from. - Select the account you wish to send an Interac e-Transfer from. If you don’t choose an account, your favourite account will automatically be selected.
- Choose a Contact to receive the funds. For more information, see our adding an Interac e-Transfer contact tutorial.
- Enter the amount you would like to transfer. You may also add a message for the recipient, but make sure the answer to the security question is not written within the message.
- Select Continue.
- Review your transaction details, then press Continue.
- You can also share this transaction by pressing Share (or press the three dots if you’re using an Android device).
