Shred Day
Free and secure document shredding at SCU
Event details
September 129:00 AM –12:00 PM (or until our shredding trucks are full)
Shred Day
Take advantage of a safe, secure, and efficient way to destroy your old documents. Stop by any of our branches on Shred Day, and our partner, Iron Mountain, will be on hand to destroy your unwanted documents, free of charge!
Tin for the Bin
Shred Day is also an opportunity to give back to the community. Every year, SCU collects non-perishable food items in support of local charities in our communities.
Join us by bringing non-perishable food items for Tin for the Bin.
Not sure what to bring? View Harvest Manitoba's list of most-needed food items.
Can't make it to Shred Day?
Stop by any branch between August 4 and October 19 to drop off your unwanted documents in the locked collection bins. If you have larger quantities of documents to shred, please visit us on Shred Day so we have space in our collection bins to accommodate all members.
